Do you have a great bookmark idea? Students in grades K-8 can design a bookmark and enter it in the Patriot Oaks Bookmark Contest! Winning designs will be printed and distributed in the Media Center in April. Print out your entry form below.
Rules:
1. Only one entry per student.
2. Completed entry forms must be turned in with the bookmark.
3. Bookmark design may be in color or black and white and drawn either horizontally or vertically.
4. Bookmark must be 2.5”x 7.5” and may either be drawn below or submitted separately with name written on the back.
5. Entry deadline is March 22. Entries will not be returned after judging.
6. Submissions will be judged on originality, reading/library theme, and creativity. All artwork must be original.
7. Each grade-level will have one winner
