Extended Day Program
Patriot Oaks Academy Extended Day Program is a community service available to students currently attending our school Kindergarten through 8th grade. Students in the program are provided with a closely structured and supervised afternoon. Time will be provided each day for free play, snack and homework as well as a variety of activities within the daily program. We are an extension of Patriot Oaks Academy school day. Additional, fee based enrichment programs are offered.
REGISTRATION FEE(S): $75.00 per child
*All registration fees are non-refundable.
Fees are due on the 20th day of each month prior to the month of service. Late fees will be assessed on the first day of the month of service.

There are 10 equal monthly payments, which equals to 40 weeks of service.
Additional fee based enrichment programs are offered by a variety of contracted vendors. Most offer online registration.

DUAL CARE: 1 Child $275.00 Monthly $137.50 Each Additional Child Monthly
BEFORE CARE: 1 Child $125.00 Monthly $62.50 Per Additional Child Monthly
*students dropped off earlier than 8:00 am, will need to be enrolled in Before Care.
AFTER CARE: 1 Child $220.00 Monthly $110.00 Per Additional Child Monthly
WEDNESDAY ONLY MONTHLY: $100.00 Per Child
Emergency Drop-Off is available up request. A completed registration form must be submitted in advance. This can be done in person, via email ([email protected]) or fax (904)547-4055 to the attention of Kathy Brant. Please contact Kathy Brant at (904)547-4059 to inform her that you need an Emergency Drop-in, and to make sure she has received your request and required paperwork.
EMERGENCY DROP OFF CARE: $25.00 Per Child
Emergency Drop Offs will not be discounted for more than 1 child.
Monday, Tuesday, Thursday and Friday are $15.00 per day. Wednesdays are $25.00 per day.
